What is life if you can’t have a little fun?
Vegetables, fruit, whole grains, and lean proteins are my mainstays, but I would go bonkers without my daily cup of joe, a chocolatey treat on occasion, and a glass of wine at the end of a long day!
I believe it is not what you do once in awhile that matters, it is what you do everyday.
As a health and wellness coach, you will never hear me tell you to completely give up something you love! Nope, will not do it! What I will do is show you how to moderately indulge without derailing all of your hard work. In my eyes, life would be sad without the occasional treat!
My mission behind my 90/10 attitude and wellness coaching style is to help you enjoy all things in life in moderation.
I don’t believe in subscribing to a specific “diet” that eliminates certain food groups. I believe in experimenting with real, whole foods until you find the perfect combination and balance that works for your specific body.
That moderation rule applies to all aspects of your life. Relationships, careers, physical activity, and spirituality feed you too! What good is a piece of kale if you don’t have happy relationships or a career that inspires you?
I believe finding joy in all areas of your life is non-negotiable!
